Gold, Josue Omar

Josue Omar Gold was born on a cool beautiful Tuesday afternoon, the day March 25, 2003 to parents Nishia Cotto and Jason P. Gold in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at St. Mary’s Hospital. From the beginning he made a mark on this world. He decided to make an early entrance by giving his mother pre-eclampsia causing her to be induced and then weighing in at 10 lbs and 2 oz. That marks the start of the journey of Josue’s life. From a young age he showed a funny and sensitive side. He started his education at Horace Mann Elementary School in West Allis and completed 8th grade in middle school at Doerfler and was about to embark his journey into High School.

Josue loved to make people laugh. He is remembered as a jokester and the life of the party and is well loved. He loved his family and friends, spending time with them and playing basketball. He also loved to cook and aspired to be a chef and a baker. His dream was to open a restaurant.

His life was tragically cut short on Friday evening June 22, 2018 at the tender age of 15.
