Wagner, Clarence L. “Bud”

Bud, at the age of 90, was peacefully welcomed into the arms of the Lord on September 27, 2017. Bud is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Maryanne “Tiny” (Gradinjan) Wagner.  Father of Mark, Karen Schuh (Wayne), Kurt, Lance (Lynn), David (Colleen), Gary, Kent, Glenn (Tina), Kim Shervey (Jeff) and Don (Stacey). Bud was the proud grandfather of 24 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Ludwig and Ada Wagner, his brother Eddie and daughter-in-law, Barbara (Gary). Bud is survived by many extended loving family members and friends.

At the age of 17, Bud entered the Army Air Corp to serve in WWII in the South Pacific. He finished his military duty in the US Air force, where he returned home and he met the love of his life (Tiny). They were married and they began their family and life in Cudahy, Wisconsin.

Bud was employed at Ladish Company where he worked for many years upon his retirement. Bud was a hardworking handyman who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was involved in many different community services and organizations. Bud enjoyed sitting outside on his front porch telling stories and memories about his family to his friend. He was always there to help family and friends with household projects or whatever else they needed him for.

A celebration of Bud’s life service will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at St. James Catholic Church 7219 South 27th Street in Franklin, WI 53132 at 9 a.m. and funeral mass at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make any donations towards funeral expenses.
